Feature:

This air cooled press is a integrasolution, used for splice of thermoplastic conveyor belts (e.g.: PVC, PU, etc.) .  There is no need to use externacontrobox, air pump or cooling water tank. It’s equipped with electricaheating function, incorporated air cooling system into the press design. The splicing process is implemented full-automatically.

  • Splicing pressure is produced by interior compressor, maximum pressure 0.2MPa (200KPa);
  • The maximum heating splice temperature: 200°C 392℉;
  • Maintain a constant splice temperature (temperature holding time is adjustable.);
  • Coodown to cooling temperature (this cooling temperature is one value that allows to take out the conveyor belt safely.)
  • If the belt is thick, it’s able to use preheating temperature and preheating temperature holding time;
  • Through setting, it’s able to make the bottom temperature lower or higher than top temperature.
  • The PA series air cooled press has different models for different width from 60″ (1525 mm) to 84″ (2135 mm).
